Seeing a motorcycle with a sidecar on the street is one of those sweet moments that should be savored every time. My most memorable sidecar moment was brief. I caught a glimpse of a man turning down an on-ramp onto the highway, sidecar at his side, and in that side car sat his black lab. It would be an embellishment to say that the lab had goggles on, but what could have been!
In celebration of sidecars and Saturdays and all the goodness that they embody, ManCaveGoodies presents "Sidecar Saturdays". For the foreseeable future, every Saturday we'll be featuring one amazing sidecar after another.
As a Volkswagen driver myself, this motorcycle/sidecar combo pulls at my heartstrings. It speaks a bit to one's inner hippy with a foreign flare, all the while tapping into that American wanderlust for the road; though nobody rides for free.
